Our Shipping Policy offers free shipping with no minimum to most countries. Preparation normally takes 1–2 weeks, followed by carrier transit time; delivery coverage and exceptions depend on the destination. After dispatch, we email your tracking number and carrier tracking website.

The Payment Method page lists PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and supported credit cards. Check the options available for your order at checkout. Card information is sent to the payment processor over encrypted checkout; MSSLOAN does not store your card details or PayPal password.

Under our Refund & Return Policy, you can request changes to colour, dimensions or delivery details, or cancel without charge, within 24 hours before shipment. Once dispatched, an order cannot be modified; cancellation may involve the charges specified in the policy. Contact us promptly with your order number.

Our Refund & Return Policy allows eligible return requests within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and complete with accessories. Customized or used items may be excluded, and return shipping or restocking fees may apply. Read the conditions and contact support before sending an item back.

We email the tracking number and carrier website after your order ships. You can also open Order Tracking using your order details. If the tracking information is unclear, contact support with the order number and the email used at checkout.

Email [email protected] or use our Contact Us form. For an order question, include your order number and checkout email; for a product question, include its link and what you would like to know. Do not send payment card details.
